This is my recipe. I'm a picky eater, in case the name of my blog didn't point that out clearly enough. Feel free to add more veggies if you want.
1/2 lb low-fat hamburger ( I use 93/7)
1 can Hunt's Spaghetti Sauce
2 cups Motzarella cheese ( the kind made with 2% milk)
10 oz of Ricotta, low-fat
1 box of Skinner's Ready to Bake Lasagna
Ground all that hamburger up. Add the sauce. Spread about half of it on the bottom of your lasagna pan.
Lay down some noodles.
Add Ricotta. (I forgot to mention - I add one egg to the ricotta and spices like Oregeno, parsley, garlic salt)
Sprinkle some cheese on.
Keep making these layers until you've put the last noodles on.
Pour the rest of the sauce/hamburger on the top. Sprinkle remaining cheese.
Cover the pan with foil.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. Take off foil, and then bake for 10 more. Ta-da!
