Found this one on the internet and tried it for breakfast this morning. It's a cross between pumpkin pie and something I've never had before. Not bad really but there's just no replacing good ol' fashioned pumpkin bread. Anyways - here's the recipe:
1 box of spice cake mix
1 can of pumpkin (15oz)
3/4 cup water
Here's the difficult part - you need to ADD all the ingrediants together and STIR. Yeah I had a hard time with this one too.
Probably should have told you this first - preheat the oven to 350.
Pour the batter mix into a cupcake pan and put it in the oven.
Don't forget to take them out in 15-20 minutes.
Supposed to make 24 but I was only able to get 16. Guess I make big muffins.
